Search an existing Allergy
Setup> Lists > Contacts > Allergy
In the Search Criteria: start typing the name of the item
Click “GO” button to view the list of Allergies
The Grid displays the narrowed list of existing items in the drop-down
The same steps apply to all tabs within Setup > Lists > Health
